This is a roommate share located in a 2BR/1BA apartment in Queen County.

You will access to the apartment through the living room which includes a ashelf, a desk with couple of chairs and a closet.

The residence features a modern open kitchen which offers a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dining table with chairs and a microwave oven.

You will have a huge bedroom with hardwood floors which is about 124 sqf, the room provides two single beds, a closet, a TV with many channels. Please note, the owner will put AC in summer.

The price includes the gas, WIFI and electricity.
