This is a fully furnished 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bathroom shared apartment.  Address is located on the sixth floor of an elevator building at 60th Avenue, between 94th Street and Junction Blvd in Queens.
 
THE APARTMENT: The residence features a separate shared kitchen equipped with a stove, an oven, a sink and a refrigerator with freezing compartment. Please note that the other special equipment (e. g. distiller, food processor, juicer etc) in the kitchen is not shared - only cutlery and pots are shared. The living room is a shared space with a sofa, a piano and a TV (but no cable - used mainly to play dvds). The dining room is shared, and has a dining table with chairs.  The apartment has wooden floors and an open view to the Long Island Expressway. The private bedroom for rental has wood floors and features a single size bed, a bedside table, a desk with a chair and two additional storage cupboards (as seen in pictures). The shared bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower in the tub.
 
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The apartment is at an excellent location within 10 - 15 minutes or less walk to four different malls (Queens Center Mall, Queens Place Mall, Sears Mall, Rego Park Mall). The Post Office, Pharmacy, Grocery Store, Doctor's offices (the whole block of buildings), Dry cleaners, shoe repair, Restaurants, are about 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
 
SUBWAY TRANSPORTATION: The M and R trains to Woodhaven Boulevard / Slattery Park Stop.
