This floor through duplex apartment to share is located on Decatur Street between Lewis Avenue and Stuyvesant Avenue in a tree lined street in Brooklyn.

Please notice the tenant's bedroom is an alcove.

The main entrance of this duplex apartment gives you access to a small open hallway which leads on the left side to the living room and at the end, also on the left side, to a walk through to the kitchen.

On the right side of the hallway there is a staircase leading to the living room of this duplex apartment , which is not accessible for the tenant who rents this room.

The large open eat-in kitchen to share with the owner has a tiled floor, a marble central counter, a sink, many cupboards, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

Attached to the kitchen there is a dining area to share, with a large window and wooden floors which is furnished with a dining table and six chairs.
