This is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment to share in a Landmark Building with elevator located in Harlem on Seventh Avenue between 116th and 117th street.

You enter a courtyard through an arched gateway with a center garden, this leads to the building's lobby.

You enter the apartment into the foyer. To the left is the private windowed bedroom . It is fully furnished with a full size bed with drawers, paintings, bedside table, lamps, mirror, closet and TV. There is also a small office attached with wireless internet and furnished with a lamp, a desk and a stool.

To the right a very short walk thru the pantry is your additional private space.

Formally the maids room converted to a compact multifunctional equipped kitchenette (for light cooking) shower, toilet, sink, countertop with overhead cabinet etc.
