You are entering the apartment directly into the bright living room which has wood floors, a sofa, a flat screen TV with dvd player and stereo, a closet, a coffee table, a desk and a dining table with chairs. There is also a queen size air mattress in the living room.

The apartment has an unobstructed breathtaking panoramic view all over central park and Manhattan from the balcony and every window ! The apartment is very quiet inside and on the balcony.  There is natural light that fills the apartment all day long.

The tiled open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and microwave oven and all the cookware necessary.

Then the bedroom has wood floors too, a queen size bed, a closet, a dresser and a window facing Central Park !
