When you enter the premises you will find on your right the fully furnished living room featuring one (full) sleeper sofa, a dining table with chairs and three windows facing the street.  

The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a sink, a stove, an oven, a microwave oven and all the cookware necessary.

Then, on your left you will find the bathroom featuring a bathtub with shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror.  

At the end of the hallway, the bedroom featuring a Queen size bed, a bedside table, a closet and two windows facing the backyard.

2 and 3 train stop on 135th Street and Lenox Avenue.
