The apartment is ideally located on tree lined Washington Avenue near all the stores with the C train right around the corner! It will takes you about 15mns to reach Manhattan. You are also steps from great ethnic restaurants in the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill area, gourmets stores such s our favorite one Beny’s delice (a sweet and savory french bakery round the corner) and the BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Brooklyn) if you want to enjoy a movie or theatre/dance show.
