Electric, gas, heat, air conditioning and hot water are included in the price. Cable TV, internet, and telephone are the responsibility of the tenant.

Bordered by John Jay Park and the East River, it is close to shopping, restaurants and fashionable boutiques. Located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. There is very little traffic and noise since this is not a through-street. Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, health club and restaurants are within a two minute walk. The building offers a laundry room and bicycle room. There are six superintendents and porters who keep the building looking great. A security guard is on duty every night. Due to its wonderful architectural characteristics, this Landmarked walk-up building has attracted directors Woody Allen, Robert DeNiro, and Marc Forster to shoot scenes with stars including Ewan McGregor, Angelina Jolie, and Matt Damon.
