This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment located on the ground floor of a brownstone on 131st Street between Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd and Malcom X Blvd .

You enter the premises through a hallway that leads you on the right, to the first bedroom that is furnished with a king size bed, a queen size futon, a desk with a chair, a dresser and a piano. It has wood floors and a window overlooking the street.

Next to the bedroom you can find the first tiled bathroom that has a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a sink.

The living room is furnished with a queen size sofabed, a flat screen TV, 2 bookcases, a coffee table and a dinning table with 4 chairs.
The living room gives you access to the open kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a sink, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a coffee maker, cookware and a microwave oven.

The open kitchen leads you to another hallway which gives access to the second full tiled bathroom equipped with a separate shower, a toilet and a sink. This hallway leads you to the second bedroom that is furnished with a single size children bed and a crib bed.

The garden is fully furnished with a dining table, a garden lounge and a barbecue. Even if there is stairs which leads in the garden, the others owners of the building don't use it.


Transportation : 2, 3 trains to 135th street / Lenox Av, 3 minutes walking from the apartment.


Neighborhood : Harlem stretches from the East River west to the Hudson River between 159th Street;where it meets Washington Heights—to a ragged border along the south. Central Harlem begins at 110th Street, at the northern boundary of Central Park; Spanish Harlem extends east Harlem's boundaries south to 96th Street, while in the west it begins north of Upper West Side, which gives an irregular border west of Morningside Avenue.
