This two bedroom/two bathroom duplex with two balconies is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building on West 12th street between Greenwich Avenue and West 4th Street in the heart of West Village.

You enter the apartment into the living room which is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. It has wood floors and windows overlooking the court yard.

On the right side, the open kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezing compartment and a dining table.

The bathroom has a tub, a toilet and a shower.

Left side of the entrance, stairs are leading to an alcove. The alcove has a single size bed, wood floors and access to a balcony.
