This apartment is a located in Manhattan, on the famous Madison Avenue.

About 1000 square feet, this 3 bedrooms/3 bathroom apartment is on the fifth and last floor of the building (only 1 apartment per floor).

The entrance door opens to the fully equiped kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, dish washer, washer, dryer, wine cooler, etc.

On your right, a short hallway leads you to two large bedrooms, both furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside tables, a dresser and a closet. The bedrooms have wooden floors and a large window on the court side. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with tiled floors, a toilet, a shower and a sink.

On the other side of the apartment, you'll find the exposed brick living room overlooking the avenue (the double glazing avoid the street noise), it is equiped with a sofa, cable TV, and internet access.

And then, there is the last bedroom, overlooking the avenue too with a queen sized bed, bedside tables, a dresser and a closet. The bathroom has tiled floors, a toilet, a shower and a sink.

Transportation : The subway is situated a few minutes away (5th avenue and 53rd street : E & M line)

Neighborhood : You'll find find absolutely everything in this area : restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, etc.
