"Good, Anais has been very responsive . The issue however is whether airbnb will not reply agencies like Urban Living. We looked at a larger apartment for the period January - May 2015. The propositions made by Anais were by far less interesting than what could be found in Airbnb and we finally got the apertment we wanted there."

"She was very ambisious finding something good and catered for all requests, but doesn't understand the contract (I gave up, the signed version still references appendicies which are not included and includes appendicies which are not referenced). The first draft I got was rediculous and the explaination everybody would just sign completely mean. Rest was fine."

"The Urban Living agents fee I think is excessive. $800+ for booking fee??? The landlord couldn't meet us at the apt but asked we go to his work to pick up keys. He was very friendly and a very nice person and was excellent with our enquiries, but despite the rental contract clearly stating we can pay by credit card, he would only take cash... don't usually walk around with thousands of dollars on me..Location was brilliant although blood smears down the stairwell after first night. Still, v ery pleased overall with the place and location. The apt is tidy, clean and perfectly fine for the inner Manhatten experience. Travelling with husband and 2 teenage girls and felt safe and exhilarated with the locale. Naive maybe!!?? Cool area."
