This apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming 1895 brownstone on 119th Street between Lenox and Seventh Avenue. This one bedroom apartment has a main entrance and the apartment has its own private video intercom. This apartment is spacious, bright and has many original details, hardwood floors and decorative fireplace.
You enter the apartment through the living room facing the front of the house, which has two windows and 12ft ceilings. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an adjustable dentist chair, 2 side tables, a 46" wall-mount pivoting flat screen TV, a dining table with 4 chairs and a bookcase. The original shuttered windows fold out to provide privacy.
From the living room you will find the open kitchen equipped with a sink, a gas stove and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, all necessary cookware and a refrigerator with freezing compartment and automatic icemaker.
The bedroom facing the backyard of the brownstone has a large window with built in shutters and is furnished with a full size bed, a bedside table, an armchair, ottoman and an art deco armoire with drawers.
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and a vintage claw foot tub with shower. A hairdryer is provided as well as free surprises for the ladies in the medicine cabinet.
