Very good (4 / 5)
I think this apartment has a good location because there is John Jay Park in front of apartment, and you can see East River. Also, there is a supermarket nearby and it is easy to go everywhere by using subway or bus. If I were to venture an opinion, I would say that it was a small room. I think this apartment is for living by yourself or a couple.Mieko O.
