Parfait, très propre, très fonctionnel, très bien placé, bien éclairé, agréable. Un seul défaut : très bruyant, puisque situé juste au-dessus de l'intersection 50th ST et 7ème Avenue, sans double vitrage. Par ailleurs il y a une salle de gym dans l'immeuble, accessible gratuitement aux locataires
