Avantages : Très bonne situation à NYC, Bonne superficie pour 3 personnes, Pas de problèmes de voisinage. Inconvénients: Très peu de vaisselle (2 couteaux pour un studio qui doit pouvoir accueillir 4 personnes), Ménage non fait.
