This is a fully furnished, air-conditioned studio with wooden floors throughout the apartment, located on the fourth floor of a walk up building with elevator on Grand Street between Bowery Street and Chrystie Street .

When You enter the premises you will be on the living room furnished with a queen size bed, a bedside table and a double size sofa bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a separate shower and a sink.

There is also a kitchen equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwaves, a sink and other kitchen utensils.
