This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of a walk-up building on 60th St, between Lexington and Park Avenue.

When you enter the apartment, you are in the living room. It has wooden floors and is furnished with a sofabed, a flat screen TV, a dining table and four chairs.
