This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of a walk-up building on 60th St, between Lexington and Park Avenue.

When you enter the apartment, you are in the living room. It has wooden floors and is furnished with a sofabed, a flat screen TV, a dining table and four chairs.

The living room gives access to the open kitchen that has wooden floors as well. It is fully equipped with a stove, a microwave, a combined microwave oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator and a freezer compartment and all the cookware needed. There is also a washing machine.

On the right of the living room, there is the bathroom. It has tiled floors and is equipped with a toilet, a sink and a separate shower. The owner will provide bath towels.
