This apartment is located between Grand street and Delancey Street, in the Lower East Side.

This one 1 bedroom/1 bathroom loft is on the first floor of a walk-up building, it has wood floor throughout the premises.

The entrance door opens up into the living room. It is fully furnished with a single size sofabed, a table with a chair and a TV. There is another table right before the kitchen.

The open kitchen features a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a sink and all cookware and kitchen utensils necessary.
