This apartment is located between Grand street and Delancey Street, in the Lower East Side.

This one 1 bedroom/1 bathroom loft is on the first floor of a walk-up building, it has wood floor throughout the premises.

The entrance door opens up into the living room. It is fully furnished with a single size sofabed, a table with a chair and a TV. There is another table right before the kitchen.

The open kitchen features a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a sink and all cookware and kitchen utensils necessary.

The marble bathroom is on the right. It is equipped with a separate shower, a tub, a closet and toilet.

The bedroom features a Queen size bed, a dresser and three large windows which are facing the street.

The Lower East Side is a neighborhood in the southeastern part of the New York City borough of Manhattan. It is roughly bounded by Allen Street, East Houston Street, Essex Street, Canal Street, Eldridge Street, East Broadway, and Grand Street. There are lot of shops, restaurants and bar. It is a lively neighborhood with many activities.

The F train stops at Delancey Street, the J, M and Z train stop at Essex Street and the B and D train stop on Grand street, which is 5mn away from the apartment.
