This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with wooden floors throughout the apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator on Grand Street between Bowery Street and Chrystie Street .

When you enter the premises you will be in a hallway with the bathroom on your left. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a separate shower and a sink.

Another door in the bathroom leads us to the bedroom which is furnished with a Queen size bed, a window, a dresser and a bedside lamp.

The large and bright living room has an opened kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a sink, stove and an oven, It also has a mini bar with two stools.

The living room features a sofa, a coffee table, a large flat screen TV/DVD, an armchair, a desk and a chair in the corner. There are lots of closets and seven windows.



Transportation: B and D lines are half a block away from the apartment.

Neighborhood: Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, laundromat are nearby, China town is well located in Manhattan , walking distance to Soho , Lower East Side and East village you will find many restaurants and many stores all around the neighborhood .
