This is a bright fully furnished studio about 330 square feet is located on 154th Street between Saint Nicholas Avenue and Amsterdam Avenue in a tree lined street in the Hamilton Heights. On the ground floor of a charming prewar townhouse, this studio has several windows that face the street.

You enter the apartment in the living room. On the left side of the entrance, the fully tiled bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sink and a mirror.

The living room has two large windows providing a lot of light, wooden floor and a fireplace an armchair, and a flat screen TV with VCR. At the back of the room, the open eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a microwave, a stove and an oven. Cookware and dining ware are available.

On the left side of the kitchen, a bookcase insulate the full size bed. The sleeping area with wooden floor has one large closet, a bedside table with a light and a large window which provide a lot of light.

Transportation: C train at 155th Street and Saint Nicholas Street is about three minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Neighborhood: Hamilton Heights stretches west from Edgecombe Avenue at its easternmost end, to Henry Hudson Pkwy. From the rusticity of Gothic buildings, to the smart Romanesque arches, to intricate terracotta details, there is a fusion of many architectural styles here. The serenity at the sloping parks and the cacophony in the street stalls incites one to spend the evening out exploring. This area is well connected to the rest of Manhattan by the 1, A, B, C, and D Subway lines.
