This is a bright fully furnished studio about 330 square feet is located on 154th Street between Saint Nicholas Avenue and Amsterdam Avenue in a tree lined street in the Hamilton Heights. On the ground floor of a charming prewar townhouse, this studio has several windows that face the street.
You enter the apartment in the living room. On the left side of the entrance, the fully tiled bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sink and a mirror.
The living room has two large windows providing a lot of light, wooden floor and a fireplace an armchair, and a flat screen TV with VCR. At the back of the room, the open eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a microwave, a stove and an oven. Cookware and dining ware are available.
On the left side of the kitchen, a bookcase insulate the full size bed. The sleeping area with wooden floor has one large closet, a bedside table with a light and a large window which provide a lot of light.
